By creating an account with, participating in, using any services of and/or submitting/uploading photos to this site you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of CheezyWeezy.com.
This agreement is entered into by and between Cheezyweezy.com hereafter referred to as "We", "Our", "Site", or " CheezyWeezy.com " and you, the individual hereafter referred to as "You", "Your", or "User".
You, nor any agents acting on your behalf, in no way will hold CheezyWeezy.com, its operators, owners, and/or employees responsible for anything that may happen to you as a consequence of the above listed actions including but not limited to submitting photos and/or participating in any services offered by this site including but not limited to chats, private messages, public comments, forums, photo submittal, and third party advertised services.
Use of this site is limited to those individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law, and you agree that you are at least the minimum age to engage in the above act, this age being at least 18 years.
You understand that this site may not function properly at all times including but not limited to regular maintenance, updates, technical problems, and you will not hold this site responsible for any consequences or inconveniences that may result.
You understand that you are capable of deleting your submitted photos, and CheezyWeezy.com cannot guarantee that request made by you will be carried out immediately, although CheezyWeezy.com will do everything possible to do so in a timely manner.
All material uploaded to CheezyWeezy.com is the users' responsibility, and the user agrees to hold CheezyWeezy.com harmless for any uploaded material that may become lost, deleted, or inaccessible.
By submitting/uploading any material to any service of this site, you agree that you will not upload, post, or otherwise distribute or facilitate distribution of any materials, including text, communications, images, sounds, data, or other information that is unlawful, threatening, racist, hateful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy or publicity rights, tortuous, or otherwise violates CheezyWeezy.com's policies.
CheezyWeezy.com reserves the right to edit, moderate, delete, or reject any comments, mail, photos, or any other material submitted to Cheezyweezy.com by the user without notice or explanation.
CheezyWeezy.com.com reserves the right to reject or remove any photos for any reason without explanation. Reasons include but are not limited to photos that are copyrighted, professional, fake, duplicates of other photos on the site, from one IP address with multiple CheezyWeezy.com user accounts, multiple different people under one account, gross, or if the photos contain ads, celebrities, nudity, jokes, url's, advertisements, or if the picture is not of a person. It is the sole discretion of CheezyWeezy.com's moderators to determine if the submitted photos are suitable to be accepted.
CheezyWeezy.com also reserves the right to feature any rejected photos on the site with a label indicating that they are "rejected photos" for users to review, vote on, submit comments about, and view corresponding user profile information, just as with the accepted photos. Both parties, without notice or explanation, can delete these rejected photos at any time.
CheezyWeezy.com reserves the right to use all user submitted material including but not limited to photos, text, opinions, emails, etc. for the promotion of this site or any affiliated sites in any form of media and also reserves the right to place a logo or text containing "CheezyWeezy.com" on each photo submitted to CheezyWeezy.com's own server. Adding a logo to the photo does not apply to photos that reside on any server other than CheezyWeezy.com's.
CheezyWeezy.com reserves the right to edit all submitted photos, which includes but is not limited to resizing, cropping, censoring, and compressing. CheezyWeezy.com also reserves the right to transfer photos from incompatible url's or any url to its own server.
CheezyWeezy.com cannot and will not be held responsible for any legal consequences of photos and the above-mentioned materials submitted by its users.
CheezyWeezy.com reserves the right to terminate any user account without notice for any reason. As mentioned above, users can remove all submitted photos from within their account and can have the account deleted by contacting the site. CheezyWeezy.com cannot guarantee immediate action to users that request to have an account deleted, although Cheezyweezy.com will do everything possible to do so in a timely manor.
CheezyWeezy.com reserves the right to refuse access and services to any party for any reason without limitations.
CheezyWeezy.com reserves the right to continue any and all promotions containing submitted material including but not limited to the items mention above in whole or in part that was initiated prior to the termination of an account regardless of terms of termination.
CheezyWeezy.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice to its users. Your continued use of CheezyWeezy.com following changes of these terms will mean that you accept and agree to abide by the terms and any changes made to them.
